As I was praying for you and yours I asked the Lord to give me something that would be encouraging for you. I pray that you will allow me some liberty here?  I know that you have a fear of cancer and your husband has a fear of early death. All having to do with your family DNA/genetic history! Don't you find it strange that God would allow all of this to be happening around you knowing what your greatest fears are?

DNA

There has also been a great deal of media attention to diseases that might be able to be cured by making changes in DNA. Virtually any inherited disease or disease that one might inherit a tendency to have could ultimately be cured through DNA research. A recent discovery has shown that a gene called BRAC-1 is linked to breast cancer. The National Center for Human Genome Research is working to identify all 3 billion bits of human genetic code by the year 2005. The idea seems to be prevalent that once this is done, all human diseases with any kind of genetic link will be cured, and there have even been articles saying that death itself will be able to be eliminated once a full understanding and mapping of human DNA is done.

"Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."  1 Peter 1:23

After our spiritual birth we are linked eternally to God in such a way that no matter what happens in our future, our heavenly genetic link to Him will not be broken.

All of your fears are based on earthly DNA.....Devil's Never-ending Accusations!

He comes to tell you that you're going to die and there ain't nothing you can do about it because it's in your genes! He's a liar! He comes to kill, steal, and destroy! Don't listen to him. Don't give him a foothold. And if you have opened a door for his lies.....through doubt, fear, anxiety, worry, bitterness, resentment, etc, etc, then repent and take back what the devil stole from you, your Heavenly Father's DNA....Divine Nature Applied!

 

The Divine Nature Applied has been applied to your life.  It says:

Christ has redeemed me from the curse of the law, which includes all sickness. So I forbid all sickness and disease in my body. Every disease germ and virus that touches my body dies instantly. Every cell, organ, member, and system of my body functions perfectly (all my DNA) and I forbid any malfunction, in the supreme authority of the Name of Jesus. Amen
