A Word from God

The Lord told me to be on the wall. I need to be watching in the Spirit
for things that need prayer. He told me to apply the Word to the things I
observe. Here is a list of the things He has shown me so far. I am adding
the scriptures that I found so far that apply to these particular things. If
you are an intercessor and you feel led, you may want to join your voice
with mine so God's will prevails in these matters! Let's speak the Word over
them and tell satan to take his tricks and scram!

Illness
Many people are finding
themselves whisked to the hospital or flat on their backs because of
illness. Illness takes your focus off God. It is difficult to focus on
anything but the pain, or fever, or the diagnosis of illness.

Exodus 15:26, "And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the
voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and
wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put
none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians:
for I am the LORD that healeth thee."

Psalm 103:1-3, "Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within
me, bless his holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his
benefits: who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy
diseases."

Isaiah 53:5, "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was
bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and
with his stripes we are healed."

Traditions of Men
People are trying
to fit God into human and worldly terms. People are deciding what God will
and won't do. They are deciding what God wants in a church service, in Bible
studies, and in their own lives. They are doing these things without
consulting God. |

Romans 1:21-23, "Because that, when they knew God, they glorified
him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their
imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to
be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God
into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted
beasts, and creeping things."

Colossians 2:8-9, "Beware lest any man spoil you through
philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments
of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of
the Godhead bodily."

Belief in the Trinity
Satan is
causing confusion in the minds of people about the relationship between God,
Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. This confusion can cause people to not get saved
because they don't really know who Jesus is. Even people who once knew about
the Trinity are getting confused. |
|
