My husband had a marvelous time at his college football reunion.  It was fun watching all the ex-football players enjoying each other's company.

I'm kind of jealous that I don't know a group of people that would be that happy to see me.  I wasn't very popular in high school, wasn't able to go to college full time so didn't socialize, and just didn't belong to any other groups that had a bunch of fun together.  Boo hoo.

I did get to have some rest time while my husband was at the Friday night get together and Saturday while they were golfing.  I've had some very difficult things on my mind lately and it is good to turn off my brain and give it a rest.  It also helps ease the frown wrinkles on my forehead.

Just kidding.  I don't go around frowning.  I'm sure I would if I didn't have the peace of knowing God is in control.  Things would then be too overwhelming for me and I would probably be doing more than frowning.

My mother-in-law is coming over most days of the week to go through all her boxes that we moved here in December.  She is deciding what she has room to keep and what goes in the yard sale.  As I said before, they moved from a large house into a small apartment.

I've been helping her go through the boxes.  I move the boxes from this spot to that.  We now have a huge pile in our garage of yard sale items.  We are finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Next week my husband will be building a storage shed in her carport.  Once she can figure out what she can keep them we go back through everything to price it.  We think the yard sale will be in May.

So far we have three neighbors that will be also having a yard sale at the same time.  I'm thinking about passing out flyers and asking neighbors to contribute money for me to place the ads and to put up the signs.  If I charge correctly I can make a little money for the work I will do.

In the meantime I'm busy helping my in-laws.  That's the main reason I've not been able to update this.  When I have time then I'm exhausted.
I got a new phone a couple of weeks ago.  I love it!  I've never had a fancy phone.  It was cheaper for us to go with the almost everything family plan through Sprint.  We have five on that plan.... my husband, my son, my son's fiance, my mother-in-law, and myself.

I've never texted before and never imagined I would, but I am now.  I also have internet and I have apps!  I didn't understand what apps were when I saw the TV commercials.  They are applications for my phone like games, ring tones, and more.

Being an organized person, I carried around a daytimer with a calendar and had lists of things I wanted to remember.  I downloaded an app that is an organizer.  It has folders and sub folders which speaks to my organizational side.  I checked out how hard the calendar was to operate before I bought the phone.  The calendar was the most important part.  The only bad thing about the calendar is it doesn't start out with the basic holidays.  I have to add them in.

Anyway, I lightened up my purse load by plugging in all the info from my daytimer into my phone.  I can probably buy smaller purses from now on, too!

I also downloaded an entire Bible onto my phone.  It's amazing!  Like I said, I love it!  My ringtone?  Jesus Messiah by Chris Tomlin.
Here's something I want to share with you:
Baby's Ultrasound
Isn't that the cutest baby you've ever seen?  It's my first grandbaby.  We don't know yet if it will be a boy or a girl.

Having children as young as I did, I never thought I'd have to wait so long for a grandbaby.
