Dearest Friends in Jesus,

I was writing to someone, and had a sudden quickening that I must get this word out. It is something the Lord has been dealing with me personally about, and I feel released it's the word of the Lord to many.

I may not deliver it in the "King James English" ( I think we like to prophesy that way because it's our "spiritual language" as we hear spiritually in "King James" because we fill ourselves with the Word through the "King James" Bible.)

I am not using "thus" and "yea" and "saith", but that is not at all to detract from the power of God in this message as I know I am hearing from God on this one!!!

The message is a simple one:

THE MAJOR VEHICLE FOR THE END-TIME KINGDOM ANOINTING WILL BE HOSPITALITY!!

Have you felt God dealing with you, stirring you, even admonishing you to clean your house good? Have you felt Him telling you to clear the clutter out of basements and spare bedrooms, apply fresh paint, or even do some remodeling, and find good deals on some new furnishings for those rooms? Have you felt Him telling you to change the sheets on the beds and freshening up the rooms of those children who are away at college so you can use them for guests?

Have you gotten a "stronger than usual" urge to cook, bake, fry, roast, broil, boil, or steam? Have you been considering picking up a an extra set of "drip-pans" for the stove to have ready for when company comes? Do you find yourself picking up cookbooks and other kitchen items you don't really need all that much when you run into the dollar store?? When you are in a department store, are you drawn more than usual to the "home" department to look at china, and pretty table settings?

Is the stained grout on the bathroom tile around the tub bothering you, and you're wondering should you try again to scrub and bleach it out, or just re-grout? Does it annoy you more than usual when the kids leave their dirty clothes on the bathroom floor, forget to hang towels to dry, leave their toiletries cluttering up the bathroom counter, or don't wipe down the sink area after washing up or brushing their teeth?

Do you feel more frustrated than usual when everyone in the family is not doing their part to keep the house in a neat and clean appearance??

My friend, that is NOT just you being persnickety!!! The Holy Ghost is preparing you and your home for the "HOSPITALITY ANOINTING" that is going to be the major vehicle for the last-day anointing!! This is very much part of what God is doing in preparation for how He is going to get His kingdom to the masses, and so it's important that you pay attention, and heed the voice of the Lord if you want to have a significant part in how and where God is going to put the emphasis of His moving in the hour of His appearing now upon us!! Go get your Strong's, and look up the word "fast", and then look up the word "feast". That right there will tell you something!!

Do you suddenly feel a longing for more fellowship with small groups in more intimate settings? Do you notice the sense of the flow in the Spirit, and that wonderful sense of a rich comraderie with your friends as being on a new level of communion such as you have not experienced in the past? This is all just a little foretaste of what is to come in God releasing the flow of unity and spiritual life throughout the Body of Christ for His end-time purposes.

Has the Lord been dealing with you to get a peaceful and sweet and quiet atmosphere in your home where the Presence of God is welcome? Have you had a desire to set a spiritual tone all around the house so that when others come in they feel like they are in a place where they can meet the Lord in a special way ? Do you feel it weighing heavily on your heart that each person in your household be spending time with the Lord so that when others walk into your home they can literally FEEL the difference in the evidence of the peace and power of God?

The first one to whom we show our "hospitality" is the Lord Jesus Christ, Himself. For years in my mother's home, we had upon our wall a sign about Jesus being the "Unseen Guest at every meal, and the "silent listener" to every conversation." I heard about a great man of God who literally always set an extra place at his table for Jesus to let the Lord know He was very welcome, and whether seen or not seen, His presence was acknowledged.

My friend, the preparation for hospitality which is now so heavily on many of God's people IS the vehicle carrying us to spiritual health and wholeness which will lead God's people into great opportunities for advancing the kingdom. Why do I say it will lead you to spiritual health and wholeness? Because when you are preparing to minister to others and bless others, you are not taken up with yourself.

The current trend for mental or emotional health and wholeness (I deliberately leave out the word "spiritual" because what does the world begin to know about spiritual health?? They are dead in that area, lost and undone without God) is to be caught up in all sorts of "self-help" support groups where you get to linger long over your "issues" keeping every last little wound constantly festering and bleeding with fresh blood. If you are caught up in such a thing, the "sea of God's forgetfulness" is surely on whichever coast you DON'T live.

That last paragraph reminds me of a time when I was in a heartbroken state for over ten years because of a church-split. I went to visit a certain man of God with the spirit of wisdom and counsel upon him. That man listened patiently to my story, but then with great authority in the Holy Ghost, he had the anointing to firmly deal with the exxaggerated sense of importance I had given to the issue, and he put it all under the blood of Jesus so I could move away from that place of offense. My whole inner world changed that day because someone had an anointing to rightly deal with the spirit of offense.

My friend, God does care about every hurt and injustice done to you, but He doesn't want you setting up camp there. You are missing out on the life God wants you to have. The spirit of isolation that comes from constantly nursing wounds works AGAINST the spirit of hospitality that God is even NOW using to advance His kingdom!!

Do you want to be a part? Then have a meeting with the Lord whereby you get rid of every last vestige of constant rehearsing of hurts that are keeping you so inwardly involved with yourself. If you can't find deliverance and cleansing in your own time with the Lord, then make an appointment with a man of God who has some spiritual authority to break your covenant you've made with your wounded feelings.

I feel this will all compassion. Jesus truly DOES know what you've been through, but look at what HE has been through. He was able to move on and enjoy the blessings of the Kingdom with His heavenly Father. He made up His mind right there at the Cross NOT to hold any grudges.

Beloved, it's at your cross, the areas where you have to make a stand to do the will of God and die to yourself , that you will be most pressed on the issues of forgetting and letting go. At one time, this would just be another little sermonette on being a good and loving and forgiving Christian so that you could be assured your dear heavenly Father forgives you and that He will take you home to heaven forever to live in a beautiful mansion, and walk on streets of gold.

But now, it's more than that! Your very part in God's coming kingdom where HIS WILL is done "on earth as it is in heaven" is even balancing on this crucial issue in your life!! The spirit of offense which leads to your isolation is the ANTI-CHRIST SPIRIT to the anointing of hospitality!!

Through the anointing of hospitality, not only do you have a "safe atmosphere" to minister to your brothers and sisters in the Lord as the Lord is given liberty to move as He wills in your home, but your local world suddenly can receive a touch of evangelism which has simply NOT been accomplished through the local church alone.

Those people in your neighborhood whom you bring into your home for a cup of coffee and a piece of pie that you simply share your warmth with can be a springboard to getting the message of the gospel of the kingdom out to the marketplace!

The "one on one" personal anointing of true hospitality is getting ready to open doors of such magnitude even in the corporate world we will stand in awe of what God is going to release in response to such a little obedience as being friendly. The kingdom of God IS going to change society as we know it. And it's all coming into reality through the "anointing of hospitality." This IS the word of the Lord!!

The thing God wants to do is bigger than the local church. It's bigger than even the "super churches" where thousands are in attendance every Sunday morning. I think it was in Pat Robertson's book "Shout it From the Housetops" that I got a sense about the true meaning of revival.

It's not just having some powerful pulpit-thumping preacher into your church for a week of meetings where the people get to hear how hot hell is and how glorious heaven is, a compelling call to repentance and conversion, and then many filling the altars to flood it with tears wrought in that place of great personal decision for Jesus. I feel the touch of God's glory even mentioning such a scene, but NO, it's MORE than that.

It's when the Spirit of God literally takes over a whole community so that not just the church-goers are aware that God is doing something, but every person in that locale is feeling and sensing the overflow of the glory of God coming out of the churches and out of the homes of the saints.

It's an atmosphere filling a community that sets a tone for spiritual renewal, and hunger for God no matter what your current spiritual state......from the purest and sweetest of those who have the "beauty of holiness" to the vilest and most wicked of evil and despicable sinners. JESUS: WHAT A FRIEND FOR SINNERS!!

When God starts moving in the way He desires to move, in the way He is currently preparing us for through the ANOINTING OF HOSPITALITY are you going to be ready at a moment's notice to suddenly have little Bible Studies and times of fellowship and prayer in your home for those in your neighborhood who are hungry to hear more about Jesus, and get a better grip on understanding the gospel? What if someone in your neighborhood has a son or daughter caught up in the throes of a horrible addiction?

Are you prepared to literally open your home so you can pray all night long with that broken-hearted mother or father? Beloved, THIS IS the place God wants the saints to be at in their relating to the local community for the sake that the love of Jesus, the ESSENCE OF THE KINGDOM gets out there into the world where we live!!

Are you prepared for that New Testament anointing of "fellowship and prayers and breaking bread from house to house?" We've gotten enough "apostles doctrine" in the "huge houses great and fair" to keep us for a lifetime.

We've had enough "preaching to the Choir". Some prophesy that "church" will be completely done away with all together as the kingdom of God is coming into the earth in power and glory. I am not so sure about that. I think the model of Acts leaves room for the truly anointed teaching church to continue into the kingdom.

But the complexion of our country is going to so drastically be changing in a "time of sorrows" that the imperative of Hebrews 10:25 is not just an admonishment to make sure you have your children in Sunday School. It's a direct command on how we are to conduct ourselves in an evil day!!

Beloved, your level of comfort in allowing the saints to flow freely in and out of your home for purpose of encouraging and blessing one another and praying together will be the very thing that will KEEP YOU in the troubled times that are coming! His spirit and anointing of hospitality on your home and life will even be as a REFUGE from the storms that are swirling over head. Oh what a glorious thing to be used of God to be a place of comfort and refuge to others!! Can you even begin to imagine a more glorious ministry than that??

And in that context when you are ministering to each other, and talking about Jesus face to face and the wonderful things that He has done THAT is where God's glory truly comes! God LOVES it when Jesus gets to be the center of attention!! I have seen the glory of God FAR MORE in small and intimate situations of sweet fellowship with the saints than I have ever seen in a revival in a big church.

My dearest friends, PAY ATTENTION to the stirrings in your spirit to get your home and heart ready for the anointing of hospitality. God is so IN IT more than what I can convey to you in the multitude of words. If you are having a struggle in any area of getting your home prepared, then trust the saints to help you.

I will never forget many years ago when I was going through a very hard personal time. I was in a state of deep discouragemment and found it hard to keep up with things.

A couple of my sisters in the Lord came into my home and took over to clean house for me. I was terribly embarrassed as I never would even invite anyone into my home except that everything was in "nip and tuck" order. But it was the love of God working through them. They had a strength I just did not possess at that time.

Now, I have some things I need to get done in preparation for this great "anointing for hospitality" and I am lacking the energy to accomplish certain tasks. The Lord told me I had to humble myself and ask a few precious friends in to help me. And help is on it 's way.

Why? Because these women of God have caught the vision of the anointing of hospitality and how crucial it is to have this anointing in these times!! They love me enough not to want me to miss out on the coming blessing!!

Jesus has been at your house all along. He has truly been the "unseen guest at every meal, and the silent listener to every conversation." But now He is coming to your house in His people whom you open your doors to for fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer.

The very preparation of the anointing of hospitality causes you to want to be ready for His beloved as you would be ready for Him. In these settings of communion and fellowship, our eyes will be opened to behold Him as never before.

There is a whole revelation in this that I do not feel led to share at this time, but let me say this anointing of hospitality is releasing the power of God and the glory of God, and when you "catch it" it will fill you with the spirit of expectancy and joy as never before!

What a glorious thing that the time of greatest trouble in this world is going to be also the time of greatest blessing and fellowship and communion for the saints of God!!

Only our God could come up with such a glorious plan! Oh, how it is going to rattle the devil when he beholds the peace on the saints of God simply because they love another, truly HAVE one another, love to fellowship from house to house, love to pray with each other, and just like to generally get together so they can talk about Jesus!!

Let me close out this exhortation to prepare for the "anointing of hospitality" by just saying how privileged I feel that I GET TO be part of the Body of Christ!!

What a blessing!! What a fellowship!! What a joy divine!! Together we are all "leaning on the everlasting Arms" in these days of uncertainty, and there is NO place I would personally rather be!

Jesus IS the "Joy of Living"!!

Always in the Love of Jesus,

Clo DiPilato

[NOTE FROM KAY: I couldn't figure out why things that hadn't been a big deal before were all of a sudden becoming an irritation to me. I've been cleaning windows more, cleaning cupboard doors in the kitchen, and noticing dirt in places that never bothered me before.
I've been pulling weeds with a passion, brushing my dogs every day, and more!]
