"And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them? And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. And God said morever unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial unto all generations."

There is a time to shout praises, and then there is a time to bow our knees and hearts in humble adoration of the great I AM.  There is no Friend like Jesus.  No one cares for us like Jesus does.  He is there when all others fail us.  He forgives us time and time again.  He cries when we cry, laughs when we laugh, and hurts when we hurt.

Jesus was rejected and deserted by everyone when He was here on earth.  Today, He is still being rejected and deserted by us. How many times are we going to break His Heart?  He gave His Life for us.  He left His Father and His Home for us.  He is there to pick us up when we fall.  He kisses away our tears, and picks us up and sets us on His Lap of Love and rocks us close to His Heart.

What do you say when someone asks you about Jesus?  Are you able to say, "Jesus is my Friend"?  Can you honestly say that you are His friend?  If so, what are you doing to prove that you love Him?
